Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PROPTINIZE in the preceding three (3) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PROPTINIZE, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform. PROPTINIZE may suspend or terminate access without notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, access to the Platform will cease, and data retention will be handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
